Terms of Use

1. Printing and reselling commissions done for private use is prohibited.1. 1. It is allowed to print commissioned artwork for private use, for example, commission was ordered as a gift to someone and commissioner would like to print it on their own.2. Posting and reposting commissioned artwork is allowed with agreement between commissioner and artist before any action is taken. Post made by commissioner should include credits to the artist with at least one link to any social media (example Twitter/Instagram handle or link to Ko-Fi service).3. Artist retain rights to the commissioned artwork and may post it on social media as means of self promoting. Commissioner will be credited in the post as best possible, unless stated otherwise in commission form.4. It is prohibited to copy or trace commissioned artwork by any means.5. It is prohibited to remove artists signature from commissioned artwork.6. It is prohibited to use commissioned artwork as NFT and/or in block chain services as well as for training AI systems of any kind.7. In case of dissatisfaction with the final product, commissioner may apply for a partial refund. Due to PayPal necessary fees, 50% refund can be returned to the client.8. In case of commercial service, commission specific rate is discussed between commissioner and artist and is depending on usage of the final product. Commercial service includes, but is not limited to:
◦ Book cover or illustration
◦ Material promoting commissioner services (example - designs used on YouTube channel or videos)
◦ Game concept art and UI graphics.9. All terms listed above for private use commissions apply to commercial services as well.

Work etiquette

A little inside of how my work on the commission with you may look like:1. Please check if I am currently open for commissions. If yes, send me an email with your commission request with all provided info.2. After receiving your commission order, I will reply to you with estimated price of your commission and any additional info requests I may need and were not previously attached to your email.3. I will provide 2-3 concept sketches of your commission for you to choose from. If a very specific pose is requested, with no room for me to make additional concepts, only 1 will be provided.4. After choosing a sketch for me to work on, I will contact you once I made some progress on your commission or if I find any obstacles regarding rendering your request. I will also contact you in any case my personal situation changes and I will have to put your commission on halt.5. I will request feedback regarding progress on your commission with every update. After reaching mid point of work, I will request payment from you by sending suitable invoice to pay via PayPal services.6. After invoice is paid, I will proceed to finish your commission. Depending on chosen style, few more progress updates may follow as well.
